How to Copy a Message Template

Can I make a copy of the same Message Template I already made?

Yes, you can!

• You are able to "Clone" a message template on the Message Templates page to get a copy of it. You can select the Message Template that you already made by using check boxes located on the left-hand side to select it, and then just click the "Clone" button on the top-left of the page, as shown below:

• Voila! You now have a copy of your original message template - This is helpful if you are wanting to make a similar message template to your original, and you do not have to type it again! You will also be able to edit it the same way as any of your manually made Message Templates.
