How to add Notes on a Contact

Can I add notes for a contact ?

Yes!

• If you want to add a note for yourself to keep on a specific contact, just look to the right-hand side while on the "Conversations" tab where it shows your contact's information, and scroll down to the tab labeled "Notes" - You can write anything you need here that you want/need to remember about this contact (You can also access this through the "Contacts" page):
