How to Search for a Specific Contact

Can I search for a specific contact that I have in my account?

Yes!

You can click the search bar located under the 3 sections: "Unread, Recents, or All" while you are on the "Conversations" page, and type in what you are looking for - If you want to check for a specific name for a contact, type it in this section:

"Keep in mind, the Conversations page will only return results, if you have a conversation with the lead. Leads that have been uploaded, but never sent a message, can only be found in Contacts"

You can also search for a contact through the "Contacts" page the same way, by clicking the search bar on the top right-hand side of the page and type in the name, phone number, or tag it is associated with:
