How to Check a Workflow Status

What is a Workflow Status?

A workflow status is a feature in the app that you are able to check into at any time, ensuring that the contacts that you have added to a specific workflow are going through the steps you created properly. It gives you a status message showing exactly what part of the workflow contacts are currently on or if there may be an error with the number for that contact - It is a helpful to be able to keep track of the workflow you created to guarantee you are reaching your contacts as intended.


  • If you need to view a status on a workflow, go to the left-hand menu of the page and click on the tab labeled "Workflows" - click on it:


  • You will now be on your workflows page, to view a status, click on the desired already existing workflow that you want to check:


  • You will now be on the workflow that you selected, then click on the tab labeled "Status" located in the middle of the page at the top:


  • Once clicked, you will now be on the status of that workflow currently - You can see all the contacts that were added to that workflow. Here is an explanation for the sections listed below:

  • Contact: This will display that specific contact's name and phone number.
  • Date Added: This is the date that contact was initially added to this workflow.
  • Current Step: This will show "SMS" for stating it was a text message sent, or "Not Applicable" meaning it may have been a disconnected number and/or landline.
  • Workflow Status: This is where it will show in text the current status of the contact in the workflow.
  • Next Execution: This shows the date/time for when the next step of the workflow will go out.
  • Order: This shows how many steps in your workflow this contact has already gone through currently.
  • Actions (Button): This is a button you can click to see the step-by-step actions this contact has gone through currently by name and order.

  • If you need to view the step-by-step for a specific lead, click on the "Actions" button located on the right-hand side of the page:

  • You will now see this contact's information for each step it went through, you can check this at any time to make sure things are going smoothly - This is an example of a short one:
