How to Block a Contact

Am I able to block a contact from contacting me?

Of course!

• If a contact is driving you crazy, and/or you no longer want to talk with them, the block feature is located on the right-hand side of the "Conversations" page that contains the contacts information, scroll down to the bottom of it and click on the "Block Lead" button, as shown below:

• You can also block a contact by going under the "Contacts" page and selecting the contact that you are wanting blocked by clicking their information tab, then you will be on the information page for that contact - Scroll down and click the "Block Lead" button:
