How to Set Up Recorded Calls

Can I record my own calls?

Yes!


  • If you want to record calls that you will be making from your account, click on your "Settings" located at either the bottom left-hand side of the directory menu or click on your profile in the top-right side of the page, and select it from the drop down menu, as shown below:


  • Once clicked, you will be on your "Settings" page, under the "Profile" tab you will see an option for "Save Recording" - Click on that:


  • Click on the toggle switch for it, it will switch to green - Click on the "Save Changes" button located on the left-hand side of the page:

This can be turned on and off as needed.


  • Congratulations! You now have insured that your calls moving forward are recorded. If you need to check your recordings and listen back to them, click on the "Call Logs" tab located in the left-hand menu, it is the tab with the clock icon:


  • Once clicked, you can see your entire call log for any outbound or incoming calls, which were missed or answered, along with which ones were recorded since you turned on the toggle switch in your settings - You can listen back to any of the recordings on this page:


  • If you want to search for a specific recorded call, just use the "Quick Search" box located in the top right corner of this page and type in the contact's name and it will show only the results for that contact:


  • If you had a call that went really great and want to use it for training purposes, or maybe you just thought it was interesting/funny and want to share it - You can download that call from this page, just click on the button to the right on the recording and then click on download:

  • Congratulations! You can now record calls - You also have the option for playback speed: 0.5, 0.75, Normal, 1.25, or 1.5 - It's automatically set to Normal. Change this if you want a Demon or Chipmunk style to it.
