How to Make a Call

Can I make a call to a contact on this app?

Absolutely!

• If you are on the "Conversations" tab, you can click the call button located by the contact's display name in the middle of the page, this will call this contact's number immediately, as shown here:

• Another way to call a contact is to click on the green call button located at the top of the page:

• If you click on it, a window will appear beneath the button. With this option, you would need to either type the number manually or copy and paste it in the text box. (You can call any number through this even if they are not a contact in your system) Once you have put in the number you want to call, click on the green call button located at the bottom right-hand side of this window to call this contact:

• If you have multiple numbers on your account, but you want to call this contact off of a specific number, click on the drop down menu located under the words "Call From:" and select the desired number from that list - When you click the call button, it will be from the number you selected:

• Another way you can call a contact is through the "Opportunities" page, you can click on the call icon located in the contact's box and it will call the lead immediately:
