Forgot my Email or Password
If you forgot your sign-in information, no worries!
Go to https://app.onlysales.io/login - If you don't remember your password, just click on the "forgot password" button:
Type in the email address associated with your account and it will send you over an email to reset your password - Super easy!
Don't remember your email? We should have an automated process for this soon, but for the meantime - open a live chat at the bottom right here in the help desk, and we'll reset your info or remind you of which email you used!
- In the meantime, there is an alternate way! If you want to do this yourself and you had the password auto remembered by chrome, use the top chrome menu to go to Settings:
- Then, look up 'password' at the top, and click on the password manager:
- After that, you can look up onlysalescrm.com on the top right, and retrieve your password!
Keep in mind: onlysalescrm.com was our older link. You can now use the app from app.onlysales.io. The old site redirects to the new one, just in case.
